I bought my first bike, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, from Suri Sales, and the experience was excellent. I customized the bike for my needs. Everyone at Suri Ranibag, was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. They conveyed complete information, patiently guided me through the entire process, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. The sales executives(Girls)+Narayan in the showroom were actively attending to customers and patiently listening to concerns, which made the overall sales experience super easy and comfortable. --- I also bought a helmet, and the staff member who helped me was full of energy and carried a happy smile throughout, which made the purchase even more delightful. I would love to give another 5 points for his support. Suri is lucky to have him or people like him in the team!!! --- Before visiting Suri Sales, I had also tried MR Auto Sales, Lalkuan. I didn't buy the bike from them due to some reason(s), and wasn't convincing, I still found the overall experience at Suri Sales quicker, warmer, more detailed, and reassuring. The only small thing I observed at Suri Sales was that there seemed to be fewer staff members available, which led to a slight wait before being attended to?possibly because I visited on a Sunday. Overall, a wonderful experience! All other garages could take a lesson from the professionalism and positivity of this team.
