I am very disappointed with this service centre i am a local and it?s a genuine review most of the time they do not have technician and when they do the quality of service provided is also very very poor special thanks to the front desk person Himanshu pant who is really not a kind of a person anyone would like to interact with damn rude bro rest even if you are here no one cares about the seriousness of your situation and neither it impacts them there only purpose is to sell bikes but after sale service is not there forte I would recommend everyone to read my comment and avoid coming here and don?t keep any expectations that they would assist you in any way it?s a service centre just for name sake now Royal Enfield please note this sort of service is impacting your companies reputation because not only u won?t buy any RE going forward but won?t even suggest anyone to buy an RE as I wouldn?t want that anyone should go through this type of experience as mine?
