I recently purchased a Hunter 350 (Graphite Grey) from your dealership. Overall, the assistance provided was satisfactory. Although the delivery of the motorcycle was slightly delayed, I am pleased with the service and responsiveness of the team. In fact, the anticipation caused by the delay added to my excitement upon receiving the bike. I would like to specifically appreciate Mr. Rupesh and Mr. Durga Prasad for their courteous and composed behavior. They were polite, patient, and thorough in providing all the necessary information, which made the purchasing experience smooth and reassuring. However, I would like to share a few concerns regarding the accessories. Certain accessories were not available at the expected time, and the complimentary helmet is yet to be delivered. Additionally, I have not received the helmet in my preferred size so far. I request your kind attention to this matter and look forward to its resolution at the earliest.
Just bought my Hunter 350 from Dark Matter Motorcycles, and it's been a smooth experience from start to finish.
