I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my Royal Enfield Super Meteor from Bharat Automotives! From start to finish, the entire team displayed excellent communication, promptness, and genuine commitment to their promises. A special thank you to Mr. Bazil (Sales Manager) ? every interaction with him was incredibly pleasant, and his positive energy made the experience even better. I?d also like to thank Mr. Guna and team for their brilliant support, and Ms. Nithya, who I interacted with during the initial paperwork and booking ? she stayed in touch and consistently updated me on the status, which I truly appreciated. They kept me informed at every step, promptly notifying me when the bike reached the showroom and allowing me to inspect it before RTO registration. On the delivery day, the staff even stayed beyond their normal working hours just to support me. They had promised a complimentary tank cover, and although the stock covers didn?t fit my bike, they went the extra mile and custom made one just for me ? that level of care was truly impressive. There were a few minor issues due to transportation, but every single one was addressed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Everything about the bike was clearly explained, and all my questions were answered patiently. One common thing I had read in other reviews about Royal Enfield showrooms was that once full payment is made, the attitude changes ? but that did not happen at all with Bharat Automotives. Their professionalism and courtesy remained consistent throughout. Huge thanks to the entire team for making my purchase experience smooth, personalized, and memorable.
