ve bought a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 from SP Wheels in Jan 2023. But the service provided by SP Wheels has turned pathetic. Though I bought the Bike with full payment, the Showroom did not note it clearly, resulting in my RC book showing an Hypothecation. I had to reach out to SP Wheels, where they told me its an issue from RTO(Regional Transport Office) side They kept me revolving over, & not guiding with clarity. For this, I had to make Visit to the Bank at Andheri, & get an NOC certificate. But the SP Wheels manager and team is very irresponsible & lost the papers I had submitted. Its been 2+ years, & they are still not supportive.
