I submitted my motorcycle for servicing on Saturday, March 8, 2025, without a prior appointment. Upon inquiring earlier, I was assured by a customer care advisor at the showroom that although my bike's servicing due date is March 10, 2025, I could bring it in at any time, and it would be serviced. The representative was very helpful and provided excellent guidance during our conversation. When I arrived at the showroom on Saturday, I encountered a staff member at the gate who, although I do not know his name, respectfully informed me that they could not accept my bike without an appointment. I then went upstairs to the service area to discuss the issue with another employee, who was polite and professional. He accompanied me back to the gate and spoke with the staff member who initially declined service. Fortunately, they agreed to take my bike in for servicing. I explained that I needed the bike by Thursday, March 13, 2025, and they assured me that they would meet that deadline. On Thursday morning, I called the showroom at 9:03 to check on the status of my bike. I attempted to reach them several times without success, which was a misunderstanding on my part. After raising a concern on the Royal Enfield website, I received a callback at 10:00. The representative assured me that my bike would be serviced by 11:00. When I visited the showroom at noon, my bike was serviced exceptionally well. The staff member who had taken responsibility for my bike during submission reminded me of my complaint, and I felt embarrassed and apologized for the confusion. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff at Brahma Motors for their professionalism and assistance throughout this process. Particularly, I want to thank the staff member at the gate for his clear and respectful communication, as well as the individual from the service area who intervened on my behalf. In summary, the team at Brahma Motors has demonstrated exemplary customer service, and I appreciate all their efforts to assist me. Thank you once again to everyone involved.
