I used to do servicing at Chinchwad showroom earlier. For the 3rd service of my hunter 350 I took it to this showroom first time. I had already booked my appointment at 10 am morning but they didn't take it for servicing immediately which is kinda disappointing. They did servicing of bikes they had already there instead. RE needs to improve the appointment booking experience. If a showroom already has other bikes then the time for upcoming slots should be blocked until they complete servicing of all those bikes. Anyways at around 11:45 after insisting they took my bike for service. Engine oil and fron breakpad was changed along with some other procedures for 10,000km/12 month service. Total cost came around 2500 rupees which is correct. No unreasonable charges were added as per my understanding. By their lunch time bike was ready and I got to test ride it. Clutch felt like it needs to be adjusted so I told them and it was adjusted properly. Over-all bike feels better to ride now so giving 5 star for that.
