Overall Experience: Mixed (Good staff, but poor finance coordination) The Positives The Team: A huge shoutout to Sameer Sir, Sanjivni Mam, and Bharti Mam. Their cooperation and friendly treatment made the difference. The Delivery: Bharti Mam handled the delivery process very well. The Small Touches: Thank you for the chocolates! It was a nice gesture. The Challenges Inconsistent Pricing: During three separate visits, I was given different figures for the bike price, loan amount, and interest rates. Finance Issues: Mr. Omkar Jadhav (L&T Finance) provided inconsistent information. It is frustrating to get different EMI numbers every time you ask. System Delays: I received the automated "Delivery Invite" and "Gate Pass" messages today?4 days after I already took the bike home. The digital communication system needs to be synced better. ? My Advice to New Buyers Stick with RE Staff: Always have a Royal Enfield sales person explain the details. Do not depend solely on the loan representative for total cost clarity. Involve Management: If a salesperson isn't assisting you properly, speak to the manager immediately. You deserve support throughout the entire process. Get it in Writing: Never leave the showroom without the dates, interest rates, and final amounts written down on paper. Double-Check the Math: Ensure the numbers don't change between your booking date and your delivery date.
