Best experience at a Royal enfield showroom till date. I'm a RE owner since 2017 and The Karad RE showroom has best behaving staff. They were helpful and resolved my issue quickly unlike the Kings Royal riders, Brahma motors, Dhone motors, etc big RE showrooms.

And I would like to raise one point. Royal Enfield has a policy which is applicable in all the showrooms. While servicing the bike that has come, they share photos and videos with the customer. But not all the showrooms follow this policy. However, the showroom in Karad has followed this policy and even shared real-time photos while the bike was being serviced, which is really good. * In Pune and Kolhapur, it is only said that we will share photos or videos of the bike, but we do it. No...* ** One more thing I want to mention is that I once came for a small problem before servicing but one of his staff members gave me very wrong information and when I told him that I had made a video of the problem, he said straight away that we do not accept customer's video as proof.
