I had went for Moto Verse 2024 to Goa on my Himaliyan BS3. While I left from GOA I understood that my Battery is not getting back charge. I missed the Kudal and Ratnagiri Service centre and landed up at Chiplun Service Centre. Here I got a good Hospitality they offered me Tea and Water as they could understand I had ride from a long distance. Here I met the Hero of Royal Enfield Rushi Jadhav who took immediate actions and took the bike inside for checking the issue . Where it was diagnosed that magnetic coil is faulty but it's not available in spare. Then the real help started Mr. Rushi Jadhav coordinated with their Alibaugb showroom and he came to know that the part is available. He advised me to reach Wadkhal and asked a Technician from Alibaugb to reach Wadkhal naka to support and replace the magnetic coil. He himself followed up with Alibaug centre and assured that the RSA reached to Wadkhal on time. Mr Praful from Alibaug was already at Wadkhal naka who then very quickly replaced the magnetic coil and sorted my issue. I request Royal Enfield to Identify such heros like Rushi Jadhav and Praful and make them feel important by appreciating them.

Saqlain he is sales manager who has helped alot, They Went out their way to sort a tricky repair for me on a Sunday . Prices are highly reasonable and the mechanics are well - trained . Highly recommend this place !!!
