Just because I?m not adding any photos don?t think it?s Fake review. I own a one-year-old Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 motorcycle, which has been experiencing engine noise issues for the past six months. I have taken it to three different service centers in Bangalore: 1. Royal Enfield Service Center - Company Service Center, 2. Royal Enfield Service Center - Jagadamba Automobiles, and 3. Royal Enfield Showroom - Sairam Autocraft. Unfortunately, each of these centers provided unsatisfactory explanations, claiming that the noise was merely a normal tapping sound from the engine that could not be resolved. They kept my bike for 7 to 10 days each time and even replaced my rear tire without my notice, resulting in a frustrating service experience. During a trip to Kerala, I visited the Royal Enfield Showroom - Vibrant Motocorp Pvt Ltd. I spoke directly with the manager, sharing my previous experiences with the Bangalore service centers and detailing the issues with my motorcycle. He was exceptionally humble and solution-oriented, taking the time to list all my concerns despite a language barrier, and communicated them effectively to the service staff. The staff members were also very accommodating and focused on finding solutions, providing excellent service and clearly explaining the reasons behind the issues I was facing. I requested a link to leave a review, and as a satisfied customer, I am writing this to recommend a five-star rating for the manager, staff, and overall experience at the showroom. Royal Enfield Showroom - Vibrant Motocorp Pvt Ltd truly deserves the five-star rating for the outstanding service I have encountered.
Just completed the first service of my Guerrilla 450 at Vibrant Motocorp and I must say the service team and staff were excellent. They handled everything professionally, were transparent about the process, and patiently answered all my questions. I left satisfied with both the performance and the way I was treated. However, I do feel that as Royal Enfield customers?especially with premium bikes like the Guerrilla 450?we expect a "royal" experience not just in the ride, but also at the dealership and customer lounge. A more refined, comfortable waiting area and improved facilities would truly match the spirit of the brand. Overall, great service?but a little attention to the ambience and experience would take it to the next level.
