My experience with the Royal Enfield showroom (EV Motors, puthiyangadi, Calicut) was excellent from start to finish. It began with a WhatsApp conversation, where the representative provided me with all the details I needed clearly and promptly. The very next day, we visited the showroom and were warmly assisted by Mr. Abin and the manager, Mr. Nithin Raj, along with Ms. Archana, the riders? and gear coordinator. They walked us through the details and the entire procedure of purchasing with utmost calm and patience. They assisted us very well with all the procedures regarding the registration number and the delivery was promised within just two days. True to their word, we went for the delivery today and had an amazing experience. The unveiling ceremony was special .Thanks to Mr Nithinraj for detailing the features,maintanence and precautions. The team?s own enthusiasm for the bikes and the entire process radiated positive energy, making the whole experience even more memorable.
